The APW offices have been busy as of late signing talent for Shocktober and will be making some announcements on these individuals in the coming weeks.
Tickets for Shocktober are starting to go quickly. Plenty of great seats are still available so get your Front Row tickets now before they are gone and be closest to the action on October 30th.
Two more names will be making their return to APW on October 30th, "Every Ladies Dream" Marc Krieger and Kriptic Keegan.
These two competitors faced each other last year at "Crowning Moment" and Marc Krieger was the victor. However, that victory was short lived when Joey Eastman and his "Bulldozer" Brian Milonas laid both men out. Will Kriptic Keegan be looking for revenge and what will Marc Krieger have to say to Mr. Eastman. Be there on October 30th to find out.
Some new faces will be making their debut for APW at Shocktober, one of those faces will be "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards.
This Boston native trained under the legendary Killer Kowalski and made his pro wrestling debut in 2002. He has been all over the world with tours in England to Japan and back. His hard hitting, smashmouth style has earned him championships in almost every promotion he has worked for. APW is hoping to have comments from Eddie Edwards in the coming weeks.
News Update for July 1st 2010
Tickets for Shocktober have officially gone on sale! General Admission Seating is only $10 and Front Row Reserved Seating is just $15 which gets you closest to the action. Visit our Tickets page to purchase them through Paypal. Shocktober will take place on Saturday night, October 30th at the Vermont National Guard Armory in Rutland, VT. In keeping with that weekend's holiday of Halloween, APW is encouraging the fans to come dressed in their costumes. There will be a costume contest to start the show and the best costume will win a special prize, so get there early to make sure you get your chance to be entered into this contest.
Last week, Joey Eastman put out an "open contract" for any one from the APW roster to take on the NWA North American Champion, The Sheik. One person from the roster took this very seriously and demanded to be put into this match. On October 30th at Shocktober it will be none other than "Very European" Claudio Castagnoli taking on The Sheik for the NWA North American Championship. We hope to get comments from both competitors in the coming weeks.
Also on October 30th, Womens Action will be back as Daizee Haze will take on a newcomer to the APW roster, Jamilia Craft.
Jamilia made her pro wrestling debut earlier this year but has quickly been making a name for herself in the women's wrestling scene. At 5'3", this Philadelphia native may not be the biggest in the fight but makes up for it in hard work and an immeasurable heart. Jamilia hopes to impress the fans of APW in her match against the returning Daizee Haze. Will the young newcomer upset the 8 year veteran or will Daizee continue her winning streak in APW? Be there October 30th to find out.

News Update for June 23rd 2010
Action Packed Wrestling is pleased to announce that an opponent has been chosen to face Delirious for the APW Championship on October 30th and it is none other than TNA Wrestling's own "The Notorious 187" Homicide. This Brooklyn native jumped at the chance to wrestle Delirous when he saw the video posted by APW last month. When told he had the match, Homicide had this to say.
"Ain't nothin' good about Vermont and never will be. You don't even have a professional baseball team! All it is is farms, cows, and white trash. Only reason I'm coming to Rutland on October 30th is to take the one thing that may mean something to you Vermonters back to New York with me and that's the APW belt. 5150."
After the huge news posted here on Tuesday announcing that NWA Liberty States and Action Packed Wrestling were entering into a working agreement, Joey Eastman sent this statement to the APW Offices.
"I, Joey Eastman, will be bringing the NWA North American Champion, The Sheik, to Rutland, VT on October 30th to face anyone that APW chooses. It could be the biggest of the big or the baddest of the bad but no one on the APW roster will be able to stop Joey Eastman World Wide on our way to the top."

News Update for the Week of June 14th 2010
Action Packed Wrestling returns to Rutland, VT on Saturday night, October 30th as we present our 4th event, Shocktober. On that night we return to the building that started it all, the National Guard Armory. It has been over 3 years since our last visit to the Armory and APW would like to thank the Vermont National Guard for having us back at this great venue.
Shocktober will be a benefit with all proceeds going to Autism Support Daily. APW's second event, Solving the Puzzle, was also a benefit for Autism Support Daily and it was a huge success. You can find out more about Autism Support Daily at their website, http://www.autismsupportdaily.com.
The APW front offices have been busy ever since Delirious put out his open challenge in hopes to find a worthy contender for his APW championship. APW has heard from multiple possible opponents and we hope to have an announcement regarding Delirious' challenger for October 30th in the coming weeks.
